B-HChrome
A classic silver electroplated coating with 900 HV surface hardness. Offers basic wear resistance and is ideal for general-purpose tooling and salt tablets.
Note: Contains hexavalent chromium and requires strict handling protocols.
B-PVD-Cr
Silver-toned PVD-coated chrome with 1750 HV hardness. Provides double the durability of traditional hard chrome and improves surface finish, making it a reliable upgrade for high-output tools.
B-TiN
High-wear PVD coating with 2300 HV hardness and a metallic gold finish. Common in abrasive and nutraceutical applications, and improves both cleaning and visual inspection.
B-ZrN
Provides 2300 HV hardness with chemical resistance and smooth ejection. The light gold finish makes it well-suited for abrasive powders and extended tool life.
B-CrN+
An advanced nano-layered version of CrN, offering smoother release and higher anti-stick performance. Ideal for high-speed production with sensitive or sticky APIs.
B-EC ( E Chrome )
A thick 20 µm electroplated layer offering rust resistance and long service life. Gold-toned and suited for salt-based, veterinary, or effervescent tablet production.
B-DLC
PVD-carbon coating with ultra-high 3000 HV hardness and low friction. Best for sticky, high-moisture, or lubricant-heavy formulations. The black finish aids in easy identification and inspection.
