• Payment Terms:
  - International Clients: 100% advance payment before processing.
  - National Clients (India): 50% advance payable to initiate, remaining 50% due before dispatch.
• Orders are processed only after receipt of agreed payments. Late payments may delay delivery.

• Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines are cited in quotations or by our team; these are indicative and subject to change for reasons outside our control (e.g. supply chain/logistics/material shortages).
• We are not liable for losses arising from shipment delays. Delivery is complete when goods are handed to the carrier or delivered to the specified address.

• Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
• Any warranty is subject to express written agreement; in its absence, products are supplied “as is” and usage is at the customer’s own risk.

• Brijon Pharmatech LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or misuse of products.
• Total liability shall be capped at the invoiced value of the affected goods or services.

• You agree to indemnify and hold Brijon Pharmatech LLP harmless against losses, claims, or liabilities arising from breach of these Terms or misuse of the website.

• These Terms shall be governed and construed according to the laws of India.
• Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes.
