Overview
The Sales Executive – Pharma Tooling Solutions is a full-time, client-facing role responsible for representing Brijon Pharmatech’s high-precision pharmaceutical tooling products to leading pharmaceutical manufacturers. This position focuses on business development, client relationship management, and handling global accounts with a deep understanding of pharmaceutical formulations, compression tooling, and GMP requirements.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector to promote and sell precision tooling solutions.
- Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to highlight the benefits and technical aspects of Brijon’s tooling products.
- Develop and manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their tooling requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for complex pharma compression tooling needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account plans for management review.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand presence.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical formulations, compression tooling, and GMP compliance.
- Proven experience in sales or business development within pharmaceutical tooling or related manufacturing industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical product details and translate them effectively to clients.
- Strong client relationship management and account handling experience, especially with global customers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
